Summary - placing your order

Each item is handmade by Ramsay in his studio.
Most items held in stock are dispatched within 7 days.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of goods ordered. Ramsay Pagett reserves the right to refuse an order at any time.

Payment

All products remain the property of Ramsay Pagett until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through Ramsay Pagett are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways, unless requested otherwise, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Delivery times

All items are handmade by Ramay Pagett. Unless stated otherwise. Items held in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. If a piece will take any longer to dispatch, Ramsay will be in touch to advise an estimated dispatch date.

Some items are made-to-order. Dispatch time will depend on the piece. This is stated in the individual product description in the online shop.

If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact Ramsay, and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.

Postage

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next-day service, and a signature is required on delivery. International orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with any enclosed documentation. Please inform Ramsay of your intention to return items in writing by email as soon as possible.

When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return it via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customer’s own risk, and postage is at the expense of customer.

Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled or amended within 24 hours. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, you must contact Ramsay via Email.

Faulty or Incorrect goods

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, you must inform Ramsay within 7 days of delivery, and he will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Willful, malicious damage or negligence will void any rights you have to take advantage of the refund or exchange policies.

I aim for photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours to be as accurate as possible; however, slight variations may occur between pieces. Images may not be the actual size. Please refer to the individual product dimensions provided for the actual size of each item.
